I had excellent care and service every time I needed medical attention. Appointments are readily available and they offer great medical care to students. I had experience with them for multiple reasons and always was well-taken care of.

My recent visit to UCF Student Health Center was good. Getting an appointment was fast, which is great for busy students. The doctors and nurses were really nice and I didn't have to wait long to see them. But, it would be even better if they had specialized services. The cost is simple, just $6 for any blood work. Parking is close, only a 2-minute walk, and you don't need an appointment for a flu shot. In short, UCF Student Health Center is fast and helpful. It could be even better with more services. It's a useful place for students.

practitioners are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly, and do their best to provide the best treatment possible. They take the time to check their answers with their colleagues, make you feel comfortable, and follow up way better than any other medical practitioners I have ever had.

Gave five stars without a response four weeks ago. Today is November 21th 2023, and I couldn't be happier than ever. Love how they offer free flu shots as well. The department I specifically went to was Behavioral Health; the physician was very knowledgeable and the environment was accepting. Transitioning to college can be difficult in all aspects; the biggest advice I can give to is developing a routine. #EndTheStigma Take Care!

The Dental Clinic is wonderful. Dr. Lease is kind, gentle, and explains everything so thoroughly. His staff is also exceptionally nice. The UCF Health Center is a clean, spacious, modern, and un-crowded medical facility. Service is quick. Also priced affordably. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Dental Clinic.

I’ve been extremely ill twice now in the past 3 months. I called multiple times and was either hung up on before I reached someone, or put my number down for a call back. Never got called back. Never reached anyone so had to go out of my way to urgent care while in horrible condition. Unreliable

0/100 recommend. To make a long story short, they gave my sister the wrong allergy shot & sent her into anaphylactic shock. Not only did they do NOTHING to make the situation better, they were rude & had no empathy for her after she was in the ER. I am highly disappointed as this is on a college campus, where the staff/ nurses/ doctors should be fully trained & equipped, and clearly are not. The shot nurse was rushing and didn’t have her wait the full 30 minutes. Complete negligence. This situation is completely unacceptable and could have been avoided. UCF student health needs to do better. This took place in March of 2022, and we waited to see if anything was going to be done to make the situation better, and nothing was.

My friend is a visiting scholar in UCF from China. We went to see dental doctors. But the visiting scholar's name is not in the system. I really wish UCF care about visiting scholars.
